Privacy Policy

Ladomio helps people create personal and shared task spaces. This policy explains what data the app collects, why it is used, and how you can contact us.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and an account identifier. When you use the app, we store the tasks, groups, members, task statuses, recurrence settings, reminders, and other content that you choose to enter.

We collect device identifiers, app events, notification tokens when enabled, and purchase status to keep the app reliable, synchronize data, and support subscriptions. Crash reporting SDKs are present in the app, but crash log collection is disabled in the current release unless we enable it in a later update.

How we use information

We use your information to provide account sign-in, task synchronization, group collaboration, notifications, subscription access, customer support, security, and analytics.

Optional Ladomio Plus AI

If you choose Ladomio Plus AI and explicitly approve sharing task context, we send your typed instruction or editable voice transcript to the DeepSeek API. We also send only the task context needed to prepare the requested changes, such as task titles, status, priority, responsibility mode, due dates, group names, and internal identifiers. We do not send your email address, task notes, comments, attachments, or raw microphone audio to DeepSeek for this feature.

DeepSeek processes this information to return a proposed list of task changes. DeepSeek may process and store API data outside your country, including in the People's Republic of China, and may use temporary disk caching as described in its Privacy Policy and Open Platform Terms. You can keep using Ladomio without this feature and manage tasks manually.

Ladomio's AI service stores short-lived proposals and commit receipts so that every action can be reviewed, confirmed, retried safely, and audited. Our service records a cryptographic prompt hash, prompt length, and token counts rather than the raw prompt in operational logs. A proposal never changes tasks until you select the operations and confirm the exact number of changes.

Voice input

Voice input is optional and requires microphone and speech-recognition permission. Ladomio uses the speech-recognition service provided by your operating system to turn speech into an editable transcript. Apple, Google, or the speech service configured on your device may process audio under its own privacy terms. Ladomio does not retain raw audio and sends only the transcript to DeepSeek after you review it and approve task-context sharing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers that help operate the app, including Firebase for authentication, database sync, analytics, messaging, App Check, cloud functions, and disabled-by-default crash diagnostics; Adapty for subscription management; and, only when you use the optional AI feature, DeepSeek for task-operation proposals. Store purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Ladomio can schedule local task reminders. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and task data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Delete account. You can also request account or data deletion by contacting support.

Children

Ladomio is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when required.
