These terms govern your use of the Milora mobile application. By using Milora you agree to them.

What Milora is

Milora records the drives you choose to track, lets you classify them as business or personal, and calculates an estimated deduction value based on a per-mile rate you control.

Not tax advice

Milora is a record-keeping tool, not a tax advisor. Deduction values shown in the app are estimates based on the rate you configure. Rules for deducting vehicle expenses depend on your situation and jurisdiction — always confirm with a qualified tax professional. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of records you submit to tax authorities.

Subscriptions

Milora Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The price is shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Store refund policies apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use Milora while driving in a way that distracts you from the road. Start the drive before you leave and stop it after you park.

Warranty and liability

Milora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Distance measurements depend on your device's GPS and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including rejected deductions, arising from the use of the app.
