Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SKIORA account and account-linked cloud data in the app. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support.

Delete in SKIORA

  1. Sign in to the SKIORA account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile, then Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm your identity with your password or sign-in provider, review the permanent-deletion warning and confirm.

When the request is accepted, SKIORA signs you out immediately and queues permanent deletion. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@watsonstudio.app from the address linked to your SKIORA account. Include the account email and whether you used email/password, Google or Apple sign-in. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on the request.

Never send a password, private key, one-time code, Firebase token or payment details.

Data removed

Deletion removes the Firebase authentication account and account-scoped cloud data controlled by SKIORA, including the profile, trip plan, completed-ride summaries, statistics, bounded display routes, private-group membership, current shared live point and account-scoped files.

Raw GPS samples are not uploaded automatically and stay in the protected device journal unless you explicitly export GPX to a recipient through the operating-system share sheet. In-app deletion also attempts to erase protected local SKIORA data on that device. If the app is unavailable, remove remaining local data through the operating system by clearing app data or uninstalling SKIORA.

Temporary deletion records

Access to the account ends when the in-app request is accepted. A deletion lock is retained for up to two hours after cleanup so already-issued credentials cannot recreate data. Live-point access expires within two minutes and private-group access expires within eight hours; inaccessible expired records can remain until administrative cleanup. Information may also be retained where required by law, security or dispute-resolution obligations.
