Ride recording
Keep precise location enabled while recording. On Android, keep the visible SKIORA recording notification active. If the app closes, reopen it and check for the recovered active ride before starting another.
Map or resort data
Map geometry may be incomplete and current resort operations may be unavailable out of season. Check the named official resort source and on-mountain signs before relying on a status.
Account and data
A Firebase account is required. Your profile, ride summaries, statistics and display routes can sync to that account. Raw GPS samples are not uploaded automatically; they leave the protected device journal only when you explicitly export GPX and choose a recipient in the operating-system share sheet. That recipient handles the shared file under its own terms. “Erase all local data” signs out and clears only that device. “Delete account” requests permanent removal of the account and account-linked cloud data.
Reviews and rider controls
Public review submission is disabled in version 1.0, but already-published reviews may be displayed. Use Report to alert moderation, Hide review to remove one item from your account view, or Block rider to filter that rider's reviews. Hide and block are separate from reporting, sync to your account and can be reversed. Human moderation can keep, hide or later restore reported content.
Email support@watsonstudio.app for abuse, threats, privacy, impersonation or moderation help. Include the place and approximate review date, but do not resend harmful content or another person's private information.
Emergency
SKIORA is not an emergency or rescue service. Contact local emergency services or resort patrol immediately and follow their instructions.
